Search for Child Enticement Fugitive and Missing Teen

Richard K. Ruminski, Special Agent-in-Charge of the Milwaukee office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) announced today that the FBI is asking for the public’s help in locating
suspect KYLE DEWOLF (d.o.b. 02/01/1985). DEWOLF is charged with transferring obscene material to a minor in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1470, and causing interstate travel and using interstate communications for the purpose of inducing a minor to have sexual activity with him, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2422 (a) and (b).

On Monday, June 30, 2008 RACHEL GREEN, age 14, (d.o.b. 06/12/1994) was reported
missing by her mother, Tracey Hansen, of Salem, WI. Text messages on GREEN’s cellphone
revealed she was communicating with DEWOLF at the time of her disappearance and is
believed to be traveling with him.

GREEN was last seen wearing a brown t-shirt and blue jeans. She has pierced ears. DEWOLF
was recently discharged from the Army and may be operating a green, 4 door, 1998 Oldsmobile 88 with New York State Registration EAH1663.

Anyone recognizing either of the individuals in the attached photographs or having any
information regarding the current whereabouts of DEWOLF or GREEN is asked to contact the
Milwaukee FBI Office at (414) 276-4684.

The public is warned that an arrest warrant is merely a method by which to charge an individual
with criminal conduct. The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
